Student Forms
Cal Grant GPA Verification Form
A GPA is one of the requirements needed to be considered for a new Cal Grant award.
Most public California high schools, community colleges, and universities will automatically submit your Cal Grant GPA to us electronically. Because of this, most students don’t need to complete a paper GPA verification form.
Cal Grant Transfer Entitlement Certification Form
G-6
The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) requires the completion of the Cal Grant Transfer Entitlement Certification through WebGrants 4 Students to verify your eligibility to receive a Transfer Entitlement Cal Grant award. Failure to certify will adversely impact your ability to be considered for the Transfer Entitlement Cal Grant. Please see the below User Guide for step by step instructions. If you are unable to certify through WebGrants 4 Students due to a technological issue you may request a paper form be sent to you by emailing studentsupport@csac.ca.gov and requesting one (Please note that paper forms should only be requested as a last resort and may take 4 – 6 weeks to process).
