Program Compliance

Cal Grant Review Reports

As part of its oversight duties, the California Student Aid Commission (Commission) routinely conducts program reviews to confirm that schools are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, the Cal Grant Institutional Participation Agreement, Cal Grant Program Handbook, and Commission’s Operation Memos and Special Alerts. During a program review, auditors evaluate the school’s compliance identify findings, assess liabilities, and identify actions the school must take to improve its future administrative capabilities.

We hope you will find the information, contained in the following web pages, useful. It is our goal to continuously improve and update our review process to ensure value added service.
