The League of California Cities Women’s Caucus is partnering with USC Price School of Public Policy to co-host a “Forum on Leaders in Education: Pushing Boundaries”.  The Commission’s Executive Director, Lupita Cortez Alcalá will be joined on a panel by notable education leaders, Janet Napolitano, President of the University of California system; Terri Jackson, Board of Directors, California Teachers Association; Ellen Junn, President, California State University Stanislaus; Kirsten Keith, President, League of California Cities; and moderator Lois Takahashi, Director, USC Price School in Sacramento. 

The Women’s Caucus is a non-partisan and multicultural organization of local public officials who are dedicated to advancing and empowering women as leaders and advocating for issues that improve the well-being of women and our constituents throughout the state. Come network and learn about the policy issues facing education from the leaders in the field!
