As the Deputy Director of the Fiscal and Administrative Services Division, Lilly Myers oversees the administrative functions for the Commission including the Budget Office, Accounting, Human Resources, and Business Services.

Prior to joining the Commission in March 2020, Ms. Myers spent approximately 20 years in various leadership roles throughout the state supporting the fiscal and administrative needs of those departments with an emphasis in state budgeting and forecasting operating expenditures. She has held previous fiscal and administrative roles working at Covered California, Health and Human Services Agency, and California Department of Public Health.  During her career, she played an integral role in the transition of the state’s fiscal ERP system, CalSTARS to FI$CAL, and was recognized for her leadership and project management efforts from her prior department.

Ms. Myers earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master’s degree in Business Administration at University of Phoenix.
