On January 17, 2013, the Commission issued a 15-Day Public Notice for proposed revisions to the regulations that are substantially related to the originally proposed text. As part of that 15-Day Public Notice, we provided a copy of the proposed text with double strikethrough and double underlined formatting showing the changes from the original proposal. It has come to our attention that certain provisions which were being deleted from the proposed regulations were not reflected on the document provided. That error has been corrected and, accordingly, we have issued a second Amended 15 Day Notice of Proposed Rulemaking of Post-Hearing Changes and updated the proposed text as of February 01, 2013.
