Here you will find the APLE Employment and Loan Verification forms. In order for a loan assumption payment to be processed, you must complete and submit both the Employment Verification Form AND the Loan Balance Verification Form. All loan assumption payments are contingent upon an approved California Budget Act. If you need assistance please contact the Specialized Programs Branch of the California Student Aid Commission.

Instructions:
The Employment and Loan Verification Forms must be forwarded to the appropriate officials for completion and submitted to the Commission. The forms must be returned to qualify for benefits. Failure to complete and submit the required forms will be cause for withdrawal from APLE. The Commission will process your loan form upon receipt from the lender/servicer and notify you after your loan assumption payment is sent to your lender.
